Greenhouse General Labour Positions

Compensation: $14.25/hour

We are currently hiring for Greenhouse General Labour positions across the Niagara Region. We offer a variety of employment opportunities with our partners in the greenhouse industry no experience required.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand your role and responsibilities as they relate to a specific project;

• Ensure all safety requirements are followed and met, striving for zero safety incidents;

• Report any job site injury and/or illness in an immediate manner to the appropriate Supervisor;

• Advise Supervisor on site of any tasks you are being asked to perform that you are untrained in;

• Take advantage of opportunities to learn from those on site;

• Maintain a can-do attitude;

• Ensure the proper level of quality is maintained while also attaining the outlined timelines of the task;

• Communicate material and equipment needs to Supervisor in a proactive manner;

• Follow the instruction in an effort to complete tasks correctly the first time;

• Be open-minded to coaching and development opportunities;
