Whether clients are looking for the perfect caramel highlights, a soiree blow-out or up-do, a mani-pedi, a seaweed facial, an invigorating massage, or the ultimate bridal party package, our seasoned professionals offer unrivaled expertise in the full continuum of salon and spa services.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are excited to extend the opportunity for a new team member to join our salon! This position is a part time (28 hours per week), one year contract with opportunity to revolve into a permanent role within our team. The anticipated start date for this role is August 2023 with the potential to start earlier. Our compensation begins at $16.00/hr with lots of opportunity for performance based raises in the company.
As the first point of contact with our clients, the successful candidate in this role will be responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care. They will offer salon guests additional service opportunities, as well as assisting guests in understanding our products, specials, and company programs. Full training will be provided and you will be working closely with our management team until you are fully integrated in the role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated ability to develop rapport quickly with clientele; charismatic personality
- Must enjoy and excel at sales offerings
- Flexibility to work within salon hours
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Intermediate level of computer and phone skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
