Toronto (Etobicoke) Manufacturing company looking for person to perform:

  • Picture Frame Molding Manufacturing
  • Spray Paint Molding Automatic Machinery
  • Foiling Application
  • Embossing Application

Job Requirements

  • Manufacturing Production Environment: 5 years
  • High school or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare, sand and trim wooden furniture and fixture parts using hand and power tools
  • Split raw material sheet and/or lumber (MDF, Wood) to strips in order to process into finished lengths of molding
  • Apply foiling to the surface of molding using machinery
  • Apply paint to the surface of molding multiple times to achieve specific finishing
  • Sanding, Buffing and priming of Molding to prepare material for painting applications
  • Machines, Foiling Machine, Embossing Machines, Splitters, Edging Machines, etc.
  • Learn all aspects of correctly setting up machines and closing machines for the day
  • Perform correct set-ups to run machinery
  • Understand Part# for different profiles and comprehend production tickets
  • Thoroughly learn the painting applications & coating applications used to achieve all finishing for frames
  • Learn about the coating, buffing, priming applications
  • Good comprehension of production in High Volume Manufacturing
