Job Title: Customer Service (Front Desk)
Position Type: Part-Time

Skills / Assets Required
- Positive and caring towards individuals who are members of the facility
- Passionate about fitness
- Comprehensive understanding of what it means to go ‘above and beyond’ for the team members and for the club
- Strong multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and dependable, takes initiative
- Strong time-management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
- High School diploma, or working on completion
- CPR certification preferred
Job Description
- Create a positive and judgment free environment
- Greet members promptly upon arrival, while they work out and when they leave in a friendly manner
- Share your passion and keep a positive attitude to ensure member satisfaction
- Monitor / Check-in members and guests as they arrive and workout
- Handle member questions and concerns with respect and professionalism
- Share your knowledge of our amazing classes, programs and services and book appointments to accommodate member’s needs
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow proper registration procedures to sign-up all new guests or members
- Ensure all cleaning procedures are followed
- Process retail and concession sales
