Baker’s Assistant

Baker’s Assistant duties include:

Loading dough into machines.
Placing formed dough onto trays to get ready for proofing.
Rolling and shaping breads by hand.
Loading ovens and unloading ovens when product is ready.
Daily cleanup and sanitation of work area.
Packaging baked goods for orders to be delivered .
Working in a safe efficient and timely manner while adhering to Health and Safety regulations.

Starting wage 17.75 / hour
