As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—supporting a dynamic team, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes, and delivering exceptional service that reflects Desjardins’ commitment to community and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Agent and team, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry
  • Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, walk-ins) with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims follow-ups
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Desjardins standards and privacy regulations
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed

Ideal Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles (insurance or financial services preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
