Requirements:

• Previous knowledge/experience in framing construction or related field, or fast learner

• Able to pick up skills fast

• Read a tape measure

• Great attitude and must want to learn the trade

• Comfortable working at heights, and climbing around in roof rafters

• Strong work ethic

• Attention to detail

• Self-motivated, must be self-driven

• Knowledge and experience using power saws and nail guns

• Must have safety boots, hard hat, tool pouch with basic tools (hammer, chalk line, tape measure)

• A personal vehicle to get to different job sites around the Niagara Region

• Must take pride in your work and care about the final look and outcome of the project

• Willing to partake in any courses crucial to the job

Duties:

• Frame floors, walls, and install trusses

• Measure and cut lumber
