Maintenance Supervisor
Wage: $90, 000.00-$100, 000.00 per year
Hours of Work: 40 per week
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in industrial maintenance, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity within our manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, PLC, and low voltage applications.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and SCADA systems.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory management, and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical components effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities that minimize downtime.
