Location: 490 Empire Road, Sherkston, ON L0S 1R0

Positions Available:

• Assistant Store Manager (Retail)

• Assistant Store Manager (Fresh Foods)

• Shift Supervisor (Fresh Foods)

Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (May – October)

Hours: Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays. Rotational schedules are pre-written for the entire contract period, providing life/work balance

Wage/Compensation:

• $16.60 – $25.58/hr + various premiums
• These positions have a minimum wage base rate of pay with hourly premiums added.
  We pay premiums for:
  • management premiums (+$1.25-$3.25/hr for all hours worked)
  • full-time hours (36+hrs/week) (+$2/hr for all hours worked)
  • weekend hours worked Saturday & Sunday (+$1/hr)
  • late summer hours (Aug.29-Sept.6) (+$3-$5/hr)
• These positions also provide other premiums and incentives.

 

What You’ll Do

As part of our management team, you’ll:

• Serve customers and prepare food (depending on your role)

• Assist with enforcing business policies and procedures

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
