Duties:

• Lead the crew safely and keep jobs organized and on schedule.
• Protect customers’ belongings and property.
• Pack, load, transport and unload furniture and other goods.
• Drive the assigned moving truck and assemble/disassemble furniture.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the office, and collect payments.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Full G licence, clean driving record and reliable transportation to the warehouse.
• Reliable attendance, professional communication and ability to lead a crew.
• Ability to perform physically demanding moving work and safely handle heavy items using appropriate equipment and team assistance.
• Moving, truck-driving, leadership and furniture assembly experience are assets.
• Current background check required before hiring. Driving eligibility for the assigned truck will be verified before a road test or driving duties.
