Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift items weighing 20–40 pounds.
  • Must comply with proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Must obtain a Food Handler’s certificate & must be able to perform basic arithmetic for handling cash, making change, and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Must be able to answer phone calls as orders come in and accept online orders as well.

Duties:

  • Responsibilities include preparing dough, crafting pizzas, monitoring oven temperatures, maintaining health standards, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and fresh toppings, and cook appetizers like garlic bread and wings.
  • Pizza Crafting: Hand-stretch dough, assemble pizzas based on standardized recipes or custom orders, and monitor cooking.
  • Oven Management: Preheat and operate pizza ovens safely, ensuring consistent bake times and temperatures.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Strictly adhere to food handling guidelines, sanitize work stations, and clean kitchen equipment.
