LBC Mechanical is a growing mechanical contractor based out of Niagara Falls, Ontario, specializing in quality plumbing and mechanical installations. We are currently hiring licensed 306A Plumbers to join our team for several long-term, multi-story construction projects in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Hamilton.

Our current projects consist of mixed-use hotel and commercial buildings, offering steady work and the opportunity to be part of large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

The Position:

We are looking for experienced, motivated 306A Licensed Plumbers who take pride in their work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial and residential plumbing construction and be capable of working independently while also contributing effectively to a larger construction team.

Duties:

– Perform plumbing installations on multi-story commercial and mixed-use buildings
– Install and connect domestic water, sanitary, storm, and vent piping
– Install plumbing fixtures and equipment
– Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layouts
– Perform rough-ins, above-ceiling work, and finishing
– Work with various piping materials and plumbing systems
– Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
– Coordinate work with other trades and site supervisors
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow all applicable Ontario Building Code, plumbing code, and safety requirements

Requirements: 

– Valid Ontario 306A Plumbing License
– Experience in light commercial and/or residential plumbing construction
– Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings
– Strong understanding of plumbing installation practices
– Reliable transportation to job sites
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
– Commitment to workplace safety
