Full-Time Account Manager
Job Description
Fort Erie-based radio station is seeking account managers to source and approach local businesses (B2B) and offer custom radio advertising products and solutions.
A strong knowledge of Greater Fort Erie and established connections within the local business community is essential to success.
Up to 35 per cent commission paid monthly on gross billings of all advertising products sold. Earning potential will vary with performance, but $35,000 to $50,000+ annually would be very attainable for most driven individuals.
Detailed training will be provided. Start date will be scheduled for mid-April. Previous advertising sales experience, such as radio, television, or print, with a track record of success is preferred.
Strong references required. A passion for news, rock, and local talk, would also help.
Some leads will be provided by Fort Erie Radio, but account managers are ultimately responsible for establishing and nurturing their own client base.
Account managers are independent contractors and thus require their own reliable transportation, smartphone with data plan, and relevant insurance.
