Part-Time Kennel Assistant

Not suitable for High School students at this time. MUST BE AVAILABLE days, evenings and weekends.
Shifts will be rotated throughout staff.
Shifts available are Monday – Sunday including Holiday weekends as we are open 365 days a year.
- Must love dogs.
- Must be prepared for all weather conditions as you will be indoors and outdoors.
- Must not be afraid to get wet, muddy or slobbered on
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
- Must have physical ability to help with dogs. Walking, lifting, bending, and washing.
- Supervise dogs during playtime.
- Required to do rinses and bathing.
- Cleaning up Dog Poop and Sanitizing of Kennels
- Must love ALL breeds of dogs.
- Must be able to work well with others and independently.
- Must have excellent customer service.
- Clerical duties, Checking in and checking out dogs
- Answer customer emails and Facebook messages.
Reminder, this is a fast-paced environment and a physical job. You will be inside and outside during all weather conditions. You will get to play and spend time with dogs, but you will also have other responsibilities.
Pay is based on experience.
