Full-Time MIG Welders
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a small team of MIG Welders for a large industrial manufacturing facility in St. Catharines. This is a full-time opportunity with training and room for growth. Recent graduates and newly licensed Welders are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and finishing of prefabricated e-houses
- MIG welding
- Cutting and assembling metal materials using an electric arc and inert gas
- Preparing metal surfaces
- Determining gas ratios, and inspecting weld strength during and after the welding process
- Blueprint and Shop Drawing interpretation
- Use of small hand tools and power tools
Skills for Success
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret Blueprints, schematics and shop drawings
- 1-2 years MIG welding or manufacturing experience or schooling
- CWB Certifications (MIG) or recently expired MIG welding certificates *Asset
- Experience working in metal fabrication
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Opportunities for Overtime
Wages
- $20.00/hour
