Full-Time Real Estate Administrator/ Personal Assistant

Job Description

Shirzad and Associates is looking to employ a Real Estate Administrator for their offices based in Niagara Falls.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Organizing and keeping the database management system up to date
  • Generating leads from branded and unbranded websites
  • Send out reports/information as requested by leads
  • Data Entry
  • Create posts and graphics for marketing channels
  • Keep track of the agent’s activity on a daily basis and report to the team leader
  • Order marketing materials
  • Create marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Create and implement new systems to improve processes
  • Correspond with clients via email, phone and mail
  • Attend weekly meetings
  • Attend open houses when needed
  • Help buyers with showings, qualifying, offers, inspections and introduce to other professionals
  • Generate mailing lists for monthly news letters
  • Assist the team lead and agent partners with tasks that may arise
  • Entering of invoice/ Light Bookkeeping
  • Help the team leader to grow the team and create a positive culture

Requirements:

  • Must have a real estate license
  • Good knowledge of Real Estate software
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience and knowledge with Social Media to build and promote team branding

The wage is negotiable dependent on experience and will be discussed.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their online profile and make residual money from the revenue share model from the agents we sign and hire to our downline and or team.
