Full-Time Reservationist (1 Position)
Job Description
We are seeking someone with experience working as a hotel/motel reservation taker.
Working knowledge of hotel property management systems (e.g. cloudbeds, five star, room keys, opera, etc) is preferred. Ability to work any of the 7 days of the week is appreciated.
For the experienced applicant, $18/hr would be the starting wage. In addition to the hourly rate, commission would be payable for contacting corporate clients and them converting them to reservations throughout the remaining summer season along with the fall and winter season.
While working on site, you will be responsible for check-in and check-out of guests and inspection of rental units.
Being that we are a beach vacation destination on the shores of Lake Erie, the atmosphere of the guests is relaxed and kind.
