WinstonBrock Recruitment is searching for a Restaurant Manager in Burlington, ON.

Imagine a Restaurant Manager role that is a combination of the finest café, with outstanding house made breads, decadent baked goods and salads prepared with the harvest of your own garden.  Yes, you can have it all. Our client is an upscale hospitality group, searching for a Restaurant Manager for their Burlington location.

Start Date: Fall, 2022
Location: Burlington, ON
Compensation: $65K – $70K + Health Care Benefits + Additional Perks

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the restaurant front of house service, leading by example and training staff in service standards
  • Scheduling staff, onboarding, training Front of House team
  • Motivating all team members to achieve service targets and maximize incentive opportunities
  • Administrative leadership including inventory tracking, purchasing, POS system management,

You’re a great fit if you possess:

  • Two years of supervisory experience in an upscale restaurant environment
  • High volume inventory management and purchasing experience
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Proven track record of leadership and coaching a team for high performance
  • Ability to work day, evening and weekend shifts as scheduled
