Job Description
Job Gym is assisting an Engineering company with recruiting an Assistant General Manager.
Assist the General Manager in managing daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment with duties including:
- Lead the Sales, Engineering, Operations and other key support functions to effectively deliver overall
business growth and financial performance.
- recruiting, training, payroll processing, performance evaluation, promotions, and releasing the employees.
- Review and monitor performance against operating plans, budget and strategic plans to develop and initiate action plans to meet these objectives by driving a culture of accountability.
- Planning short- and long-term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
- reporting financial, business, and administration matters.
- Delegate daily work assignments and schedules for employees
- Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Develop operational strategy and ensure that the operational activities meet the organizational requirements.
- Develop and implement staffing and business plans to achieve business target.
- Develop and maintain inventory management system
- Develop positive working relationships with equipment vendors
- Develop and maintain equipment procurement
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
plus a minimum of 5+ years of progressive management experience in business, finance, sales and/or operations.
Must be an effective communicator with logical, organized and tactical verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Requires strong analytical, organizational and managerial skills; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
