Part-Time Delivery Driver (1 Position)

Description:

– Driver to make deliveries in a van in the Halton and Peel area, GTA without the Toronto core

I.E. might include;

  • Burlington
  • Milton
  • Oakville
  • Mississauga
  • Brampton

– Start and finish at Niagara Falls location.

– There would be 1 to 3 days’ worth of work per week, as needed

–  Pay from Start to Finish which would be a 6:00 am departure time and 4:30 pm return time for a 10 hour paid day (actual hours worked is paid, this is only an example).

The deliveries would be mostly 1-5 packages weighing about 20 lbs each. The candidate would require;

  • Steel toe safety shoes
  • GPS, although we will route the run for them
  • We do NOT pay HWY 407 charges
  • A general understanding of delivery procedures
    • Safety above all
    • Polite
    • Customer service
    • Packing slips signed and retained
  • Must be presentable to present deliveries to customers
  • G Licence with clean CVOR & Abstract 

The wage is $16/hour.
