Part-Time Director, On-site Sales and Marketing (1-2 Positions)
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who presents themselves in a professional manner, while also being very friendly and approachable, and promoting our brand. We seek someone who is passionate about wine, has high energy, is joyful while working and has a flexible schedule. Your job will entail engaging with customers in wine-tasting and retail sales, promoting and selling our wine club, handling cash, debit/credit transactions as well as reconciling the cash as the close of business, stocking wine and retail products, and keeping the tasting bar and shop clean at all times.
We require staff with a solid understanding of service standards and consistently strive for excellence, enjoy working in a team environment and will roll your sleeves up to pitch in for whatever task is required. A flexible schedule is crucial and are available to work all shifts/days, especially weekends. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and be able to lift 40 lbs.
Requirements:
Smart Serve
Transportation to and from workplace
Retail and/or wine knowledge/experience
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to move fast when necessary and stay composed while multi-tasking
Hours of work:
3-6 hours; 1-3 days a week
