Guest Service Manager – Arrival Experience Responsibilities:

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, and courteous demeanor
  • Problem resolution and strong service culture
  • Strong coaching ability and training of the Valet, Bellmen, and Doormen
  • Manage a combination on Unionized and Non Union Environments
  • Adhere to Sheraton standards with regards to the entire arrival experience, from greeting, parking facilities, front door and luggage deliver to guestrooms
  • Ensuring smooth arrival process for all guests while paying special attention to our Rewards Members
  • Providing your team with the appropriate information during daily pre-shift briefings for VIPs, tour groups, conference guests, etc
  • Assist the Valet team, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles as required
  • Provide scheduling of multiple teams, and be accountable for labour metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need as a Guest Service Manager – Arrival Experience:

Experience: 2 Years in management role at a Luxury brand

License: Valid Driver’s License

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage simultaneous tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude in every aspect of the position
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
