Position Summary:

As an inbound customer service representative it is your job to be the voice of your client’s company. You will receive telephone calls and provide assistance with billing, technical support, collections and sales. You will follow established guidelines for customer service excellence in order to resolve the reason for the customer’s call and provide options for new services and solutions to suit the customer’s lifestyle.

 

What to Expect:

Upon hire you will attend a paid training course that will last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. When you have successfully completed training you will move into a transition phase where you will be provided support and coaching in order to learn to perform the duties of your role independently for 8 hours per shift. Every 3 months you will be assigned a schedule of your choosing based on your performance. Additionally you may receive merit increases based on your performance. If you are interested we also offer extensive management training courses which you can apply for once you have demonstrated success in your role.

 

Benefits:

Full time (40-44hrs/week) permanent positions with medical benefits after 90 days, vision and dental benefits after 180 days.

Unlimited sales or collections bonus potential. (varies by client)

Schedules reviewed and assigned based on performance every 90 days

Management training programs

Merit increases based on performance at 6 months and 1 year

Community and charity involvement

Evening Shift Premiums (earn an extra .75cents/hr if you work an afternoon shift) – Varies by client

Weekend Shift Premiums (earn an extra .50cents/hr if you work Saturdays and Sundays) – Varies by client

 

Prerequisites:

Demonstrated customer service skills

Schedule flexibility

Reliability

Knowledge of computers and ability to navigate between several screens in a timely fashion while entering accurate and detailed information

Ability to quickly adapt to changing work environment

Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team

Positive attitude and willingness to exceed performance requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
