ABOUT US!
We’re a Sports Bar & Restaurant at 200 Fitch Street, Welland featuring NHL Centre Ice and NFL Sunday Ticket; large screen TV’s; daily specials and drink features as well as an outdoor patio!
We are currently accepting applications for LINE COOKS. Full time hours are available and positions are available immediately! Wages will be negotiated, based on experience and performance.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a fast-paced position that involves food preparation, cooking, kitchen maintenance, and inventory control. The primary responsibility of this position is the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and other stations or areas of the kitchen. This includes setting up kitchen stations according to restaurant guidelines; preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner; and following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
