Job Description
Job Summary
Preparing food materials and implementing equipment maintenance in different cooking sections (fry section, wok section, and grill section).
Shift Time
- Shift Range: 11:00 to 22:00
- 5 days or 6 days a week
Job Duties
- Cook various dishes based upon high volume food orders
- Prepare food materials, such as raw meat, food garnishments and eating utensils
- Add different sauce or ingredients to the dishes from the kitchen
- Open and/or close the work section on time
- Handle and store food materials based upon workplace sanitation/safety standards
- Help to maintain the tools and equipment used in the workplace
- Participate in the workplace cleaning and staff meetings
Qualifications
- Must have Food Handler Certification or equivalent.
- Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
- Be flexible for working and rotating shifts.
- Have at least 6 months of working experience.
- Culinary education background is preferred
