Job Summary

Preparing food materials and implementing equipment maintenance in different cooking sections (fry section, wok section, and grill section).

Shift Time

  • Shift Range: 11:00 to 22:00
  • 5 days or 6 days a week

Job Duties

  • Cook various dishes based upon high volume food orders
  • Prepare food materials, such as raw meat, food garnishments and eating utensils
  • Add different sauce or ingredients to the dishes from the kitchen
  • Open and/or close the work section on time
  • Handle and store food materials based upon workplace sanitation/safety standards
  • Help to maintain the tools and equipment used in the workplace
  • Participate in the workplace cleaning and staff meetings

Qualifications

  • Must have Food Handler Certification or equivalent.
  • Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
  • Be flexible for working and rotating shifts.
  • Have at least 6 months of working experience.
  • Culinary education background is preferred
