Job Description
An Engineering company is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to work in the shipping and receiving department. This is currently a temporary position.
Job Description:
– receiving orders from customer sales reps
-scheduling shipments with carriers.
– Weighing of trucks
– preparing bills of landing and customs papers.
– using SAP system for processing shipments, paying invoices and creating P.O.s
– filling out weekly and monthly reports to give to manager.
– Maintaining and receiving inventory.
– Filing and maintaining paperwork.
– ordering and maintaining office supplies.
– Various general office duties.
Skills Required:
– computer literate.
– logistics experience
– strong math skills
– detail oriented
– able to follow deadlines
Shifts: Mondays to Fridays, 7am to 3pm
