Key Responsibilities

• Perform greenhouse cleaning and general maintenance
• Weed and care for crops
• Plant bulbs and seeds; pot and re-pot plants
• Mix and prepare soils
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
• Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides
• Fertilize crops and assist with irrigation
• Plant, cultivate, and monitor crop growth
• Examine products for quality and readiness for market
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications & Requirements

• No previous experience required — training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing
• Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to distinguish between colours
