  • $26.00/hour (Days)
  • $26.50/hour (Afternoons)
• Shift Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts
  • 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Days)
  • 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Afternoons)
• Overtime: After 8 hours/day
  • Saturdays: Time and a half
  • Sundays: Double time
• Closing Date: May 12, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Select appropriate rebar based on specifications (quantity, length, and gauge)
• Measure and position materials using tools such as tape measures, straight edges, laser sights, and jigs
• Perform welding and tack welding of rebar
• Reload welding wire and maintain weld tips to ensure consistent quality
• Operate overhead crane (once certified)
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects or faults
• Rework defective materials, repack, and dispose of scrap as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and machine guarding

Qualifications & Requirements

• Welding experience, education, or valid tickets (any combination accepted)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Physically capable of repeated standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days and afternoons)
• Strong attention to safety and detail

Additional Requirements

• Must complete a pre-employment medical (including drug testing)
• Must complete a criminal background check
