PoolBusters is a second-generation pool service company with over 35 years of experience serving the Niagara Region. We specialize in pool maintenance, service, and construction, with a strong focus on professionalism, efficiency, and customer experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Pool Maintenance Technician to manage weekly pool service routes and assist with seasonal start-ups.

This is an independent role—you will be responsible for completing your assigned route efficiently and maintaining a high standard of work at each property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly pool maintenance:
    • Skimming, vacuuming, brushing
    • Water testing and chemical balancing
  • Complete spring start-ups and follow-up cleanings
  • Identify and report equipment or water issues
  • Log job notes, photos, and completion details using company software
  • Maintain clean and professional work practices

Compensation

  • $19/hour – No prior experience (training provided)
  • $20–$24/hour – Based on industry experience
  • KM reimbursement provided to cover use of personal vehicle (fuel, maintenance, insurance, depreciation)

Consistent full-time hours available during peak season.

Requirements

  • Full G driver’s license (required)
  • Reliable personal vehicle required (daily travel between job sites)
  • Ability to work independently and manage a service route
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physically capable of working outdoors and handling equipment
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking

Previous pool experience is an asset, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
