Supermart Sherkston, Cafe Sherkston, Laundry Sherkston

This position focuses on providing customers with an excellent shopping experience and our team members with rewarding employment.
This position includes serving customers and/or preparing food, as well as assisting management in maintaining business policies and procedures.
Rotational schedules are pre-written for the entire contract period providing structured life/work balance.

This position has a minimum wage base rate of pay with hourly premiums added.
We pay premiums for:

•  management premium (+$1.25/hr for all hours worked)
• full-time hours (36+hrs/week) (+$2/hr for all hours worked)
• weekend hours worked Saturday & Sunday (+$1/hr)
• late summer hours (Aug.29-Sept.6) (+$3-$5/hr)

These positions also provide other hourly premiums and incentives.
