experience in outdoor education and recreational programming
proficient in activity development and delivery for diverse populations and individuals
with special needs
ability to motivate, inspire and engage campers in meaningful inclusive nature and farm-based
activities that promote overall wellness and sense of belonging
supervise small groups and ensure safety, respect, and adherence to camp rules
maintain a clean, and organized teaching environment
ability to track behaviors and record incidents as necessary
energic and positive personality that works well with a support team
kind, caring and passionate about teaching children
capable of working in outdoor environment and extreme weather
comfortable working around farm animals
police check clearance, first aid certification, transportation
available for work contract work starting June 15th through to Aug 21st 2026
