Full-Time Administrative Assistant / Data Entry (1 Position)

Job Description

A manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in their Niagara Falls facility. The position would require filling reports, data entry, completing computer tasks and various administrative duties.

Job Duties:

  • Candidates must complete a variety of reports, files and orders so must be a quick learner who can handle a heavy work load.
  • Answering phones
  • Various computer tasks so must have strong computer skills
  • Data entry
  • Collect and enter all shop employee hours accurately and efficiently to meet weekly payroll deadlines.
  • Ensure all timesheets have been approved prior to payroll deadline.
  • Resolve discrepancies in data provided and report all changes required.
  • Frequent and operational inter-office communication; including the shop supervisors, plant manager, accounting clerk and controller.
  • Provide back up for front desk reception as needed.

Looking for candidates with at least 2 years office experience. Candidates must have experience working for a manufacturing firm.

Shifts: Mondays to Fridays, days

This position starts immediately, so only candidates who can start right away need apply.
