Hours: Varies depending on the Event
Pay Rate:$19.00-$21.00 per hour
Location: Niagara Falls
Work Setting: Full-length Ballrooms, Auditoriums, Office Boardrooms etc.
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, or Public transportation is Available
Requirements: Must have Smart Serve Certification & Provide Adequate Customer Service

Duties:
- Stocking supplies
- Serving
- Handling cash, credit cards, and operating a cash register
- Cleaning service stations and bar area
- Resetting tables, greeting customers, and answering questions
- Setting up function space as required
- Setting up and tearing down the event
- Providing personalized and exceptional guest services
- Lifting and carrying heavy trays of up to 4-5 plates per tray
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting and carrying heavy trays (up to 4-5 plates per tray)
- Taking initiative to greet customers
