Job Description

Job Gym is assisting a private Welland retirement facility to recruit a part time cook.  Shifts will primarily take place between 2pm to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.  Wages to be discussed.  This is a small, friendly work environment that allows some flexibility in meal development.

Duties:

• Prepare meal based on residents preferences and dietary requirements
• Set eating areas
• Serve meals for 5:30pm
• Clean dining room and kitchen

Requirements:

• Friendly, reliable and mature
• Must be able to work efficiently with little to no supervision
• No professional cooking experience required – will consider candidates with personal experience of cooking for large family or friends gatherings
• Food safety certificate
