Little Red Coffee is now open at 46 Queen Street in the heart of Fort Erie’s beautiful Riverwalk area.
With friendly service, we specialize in craft organic coffee, espresso, and teas. Try our home made baked goods, cinnamon rolls, soups, sandwiches, daily lunch specials, all-day breakfast options, bagels, and gift items.
About The Opportunity
Our team is growing! We are looking for 2 Cook / Baristas to join us!
Opening duties, morning baking
- Providing customer service, including take drink and food orders as well as cashier duties
- Monitoring online sales for advanced pick-up orders
- Preparing drink and food items according to established recipes, using food safe practices while following kitchen safety procedures
- Light cooking and meal prep
- Inventory tracking to avoid spoilage or out of stock items
- Clean-up and on-going sanitation
What We’re Looking For
- Cashier and customer service in a retail or restaurant experience
- Experience preparing food and following recipes, has a love of food and making consistent products for guests to depend on
- Can demonstrate food handling and equipment safety practices in a commercial food service establishment
- Food Handler Safety certification is required
- Experience using commercial espresso equipment in a cafe setting is an asset
