Customer Service Agent (Bilingual Customer Service Representative)

$38,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year

 

Languages – Bilingual – English and French

Education

Completion of high school; Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training,

Experience of 1 year to less than 2

Skills

Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/, Internet browsers, business equipment, computer applications

Essential Skills: reading text; document use; numeracy; written and verbal communication; working with others; problem solving; decision making; critical thinking; job task planning and organizing; significant use of memory; finding information; computer use; continuous learning

Duties

Answer inquiries and provide information to customers; explain the type and cost of services offered; receive payments; receive and log complaints; investigate complaints; access and process information; maintain records and statistics; perform general office duties

Fast paced environment: able to work under pressure; repetitive tasks; attention to detail

Other information

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email.

Investigate, resolve and respond to customer concerns.

Provide technical support.

Process orders for parts.
