Job Description

Keg Servers are responsible for interacting with our guests and ensuring they have an excellent dining experience. Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly, timely manner.

As the successful candidate your main responsibilities will be:

• Demonstrating a dedication to service and hospitality – tries to ensure every guest leaves with a sense that their experience was outstanding in every way

• Demonstrates knowledge of our menu and can explain it in a way that exudes passion for our food and beverage programs.

• Demonstrates the willingness and ability to go above and beyond for any guest

• Demonstrates teamwork and communicates positively and professionally to all departments to ensure that guest needs are being met at all times

• Setup, takedown and ongoing cleanliness of the Server station(s)

• Demonstrates and adheres to proper steps in responsible service of alcohol

The qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
• Great multitasking, communication, and time management skills.
• Commitment to succeed in a team-orientated environment.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
