GENERAL LABOUR – Construction jobsites
3-to-6-month temporary position
Potential to lead into a permanent position

Construction Job Site labour work
- Be actively involved in assisting operators to dig for locates and install site services by: shoveling ground to dig a hole, drilling through concrete foundation walls, raking, wheelbarrow, rake stone and soil, cut lumber using a skill saw (measure skills required), load and unload trucks for job sites
- Get involved with the jobsite clean up crews to help keep others safe. General post-trade clean-up work at the home building jobsites and other constructions sites under construction.
- Load and unload material and be assigned to various locations
- Construction labor is a valuable and critical member of our team!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid G Driver’s License and own vehicle is “required.”
- Ability to work Monday to Friday (Saturday as needed)
- Can be relied upon to arrive at work on time and follow verbal direction
- Ability to communicate and print in the English language
- Prior work experience labouring at construction sites
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
HOURLY RATE: $18.00 to $20.00 (depending on level of experience)
