Full-Time Maintenance Contractor (1 Position)
Job Description
Job Gym is currently supporting a Niagara based property management company to recruit Maintenance Contractor applicants.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Fire safety inspections
- Water leak investigations
- Lock changes
- Minor carpentry and plumbing repairs
- Flooring installations and painting
- Unit clean up and garbage runs
Requirements:
- Previous experience completing similar tasks in a proficient manner
- Flexible availability; immediate availability is an asset
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Must have own vehicle; truck and trailer is an asset
- Bondable
