Job Description

Dixon Commercial Investigators are looking to hire a Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Available to work a shifts ranging from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday
  • Telephone sales experience required.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Light administrative and record keeping duties
  • Ability to recruit, train and motivate staff.
  • Keyholder responsibilities
  • Police background check may be requested

Duties:

As a sales manager for one of Canada’s largest and oldest collection agencies you would be responsible for supervising and managing a staff of telephone sales representatives in a call centre environment. This would include recruiting, training, coaching, motivating and supporting sales staff to reach their full potential.

 

Hours of Work:

  • 40 hours per week. Shifts may range from 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday

Wage:

  • 21.00/hour to start
