Job Description

The Holiday Inn by the Falls and Coco’s Restaurant located on Murray Hill, Niagara Falls, is looking for Servers to join our team.

Job Summary:

Working in a high-volume restaurant, servers will work varying shifts serving customers food and beverages.  This position is responsible to provide exceptional customer service to all guests including timely delivery of food and beverage, knowledge of menu items, assistance with guest needs and communicate with kitchen staff.

Start Date: ASAP

Shifts:  Day shift and evening shifts available

Wage:  $12.45/hour Server wage, plus tips

Job Type: Full Time.  Will consider part time applicant with the right experience

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and take customer orders
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests’ questions, concerns and requests
  • Communicate with kitchen staff
  • Accurately serve food and beverage to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have current Smart Serve certification
  • Must be able to work night shifts and weekends
  • 1-2 years’ experience working as a server in a high-volume restaurant
  • Able to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift
