About The Role

What We Need
We are looking for like-minded candidates who value a health centred lifestyle, are strong communicators and incredibly creative! Must have knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Computer skills with an ability to learn new software programs is a must! Additionally, our new team member will be adept at creating positive relationships with clientele built on trust, friendliness and confidentiality. Personality is key for us! We want someone who has initiative, is independent and teachable, with a strong work ethic. If you are task oriented and a superstar on follow through, we want to hear from you!
Tasks and Responsibilities
Social Media Duties
The person in this role will create and manage our public profile on social networking websites. They will use interactive technology to create engaging posts, reels, videos and podcasts to grow our online community. We are a versatile, forward thinking business with a joyful environment and want that reflected in our online presence!
Administration Duties
This person is the first face of our organization and will be greeting our clientele in person, by phone and email. They will manage all reception and clerical tasks such as booking appointments, supporting clients to complete documentation and managing client health records and payments.
