What will I be doing?
A Watermark PM Server ensures that the overall dining experience of our guests exceeds their expectations by attending to their needs in the dining room. This Team Member must adhere to dining room service guidelines at all times and ensure that all Guests feel cared for, valued and respected. A Watermark Server will assist Guests with any requests in a calm and professional manner and take ownership of Guest issues when they arise. All Servers will also ensure that their section of The Watermark is fully attended to for the duration of their shift; this includes stocking tables, and bussing (when needed).

Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience serving in a fine dining restaurant
Skills
- Strong Guest service skills
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume business
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
