Part-Time Window Counter Clerk (1 Position)
Job Description
Job Gym is currently assisting Beach Bites Food Truck in Fort Erie to recruit a Window Counter Clerk. The Food Truck is open from April until September, and they have one position available for a person to work afternoons. 20 to 25 hrs./week. The shift would be 3 pm until 7 pm (April, May, June, and September) and 3 pm to 8 pm in July and August.
Job duties:
Greeting customers and taking orders (no cooking involved), answering phone for takeout orders, receiving cash, credit, or debit card payments, & washing dishes. Must be able to stand for 4 to 5 hours a day. This is a seasonal position, must be eager to work and enjoy all types of weather. Employee and customer safety is the company’s top priority so safe distancing and sanitizing procedures are in place. This position, will be paid minimum wage, per hour $14.25.
Additional Requirements:
- Great customer service skills
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Must be physically fit as there will be long periods of standing and bending
- Positive attitude, able to accept feedback and willingness to learn
- Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
