Municipal Traffic Group is currently hiring a Driver Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Wage: $18.00/hour
- Work Location: 21 Riordan Street, St. Catharines
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the driver with loading and unloading equipment
- Supporting safe operations around the vehicle, including flagging and helping direct traffic when needed
- Following established safety procedures and protocols at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 45 lbs
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work consistently
- Polite, cooperative, and able to take direction well
- Strong awareness of safety in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s licence is an asset, but not required if you have reliable transportation to the work location
- A Police Record Check may be required upon hire
