13-week program
3 weeks of pre-employment workshops (in person) at the St. Catharines John Howard Society of Niagara (JHSoN) office:
– Monday – Friday (9:30 am – 2:30pm) 25 hours per week
10 weeks at a job placement
– 30 hours per week paid by employer, JHS reimburses employer for amount of hours worked at $16.55 per hour ($17.20 per hour as of October 1 2024)
Participants will receive an hourly wage for all pre-employment sessions ($16.55 per hour -$17.20 as of October 1, 2024) and job placement
Pre-employment and life skill training is provided to prepare for and maintain job placements
