ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Niagara Health is embarking on a clinical transformation spearheaded by the implementation of a new HIS (Oracle Health) in September 2024. Project Monarch will require support across a number of work streams. At-The-Elbow Support (HIS Project Support) candidates will report into the Manager, Training HIS Go Live & Conversion and will provide hands-on support to approximately 6,000+ users of the HIS during Go-Live. They will work closely with the Training Team, Super Users, HIS Project Managers and other Managers and Workflow Specialists, and will be trained before Go-Live to support end users, especially in clinical areas, at various Niagara Health and Hotel Dieu Shaver sites. Preparing for clinical transformation through the implementation of a new health information system(HIS) in September 2024 requires a dedicated team that brings together clinical, Digital, and other functional expertise. We are excited to start building the team that will focus on end user support during the go-live period.
